We've produced a small batch of one of our old favourites, Hard & hot.
It's just like it sounds, a bit drier than usual, and Cayenne pepper giving it plenty of flavour and a solid kick. Made from flank steaks, it is a very traditional jerky, recommended for serious jerky lovers.
The 1kg option comes as 4 x 250g plain (clear bag) packaging so you have the option to choose 4 different flavours.
