This one comes with a warning: It is not for the faint hearted! We had several jerky lovers request we create some jerky hotter than ‘hot’ so we gave it a go and this is the result.
This is a traditional style jerky. The meat is sliced with a knife into long thick strips about 12mm wide. If you like to work for your jerky, this is the one for you!
The 1kg option comes as 4 x 250g plain (clear bag) packaging so you have the option to choose any 4 different flavours.
